How do I change my size?

You can change you size at any time by logging into your personal Member Account page. Under "Update Your Subscription", choose the subscription for which you want to change and select "Edit".      

There you will be able to update your size preferences. You will also have the opportunity to change your type of package or switch to a prepaid plan if you so wish. 

After you've selected your new preferences, press "Next page". You will see a confirmation page where you can review everything one last time. If everything is correct, press "Confirm" and you're all set!

Note:  We do our best to accommodate size and style change requests before packages ship, but can only guarantee that your change goes into effect for the current month if it is done before the 8th. Requests made on or after the 8th will apply to the following month's shipment.
