§How do I cancel my subscription? (Cancellation Policy)

We'd be sorry to see you go but we understand that these things do happen.

There are 2 simple ways to cancel your subscription simply and easily. 

First, Cancel your account from YOUR ACCOUNT page

  1. Go to https://splendies.cratejoy.com/customer/login and login to your account.
  2. On the left side find Your Subscriptions section and click EDIT.
 
                             
 
   3. In the UPDATE YOUR INFORMATION screen, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION. 
 
   
   4. You'll be given the option to either skip multiple months of your subscription or to continue with your full cancelation. 

 

 

Second, You can Cancel by going to the Contact Us form on our website.

  1. Enter the name and email address that you used to sign up.
  2. Select the Subject "I Want to Cancel My Subscription" - For our own feedback, please let us know how we can improve Splendies.
  3. Hit Submit Request. Your cancelation will be processed within 48 hours.

We have to process subscriptions by the 8th of each month in order to make sure we can package, label and ship all of the Splendies on time.

Cancelations must be done before the 8th of the month to guarantee cancelation so as not to be billed for that month's shipment.

Cancelations made on or after the 8th will result in the subscription being renewed for that month and canceled going forward. No exceptions can be made.

NOTE: If you have a 3 month, 6 month, or 12 month subscription this can be canceled at anytime during the subscription. However we can not give refunds on these subscriptions. So for example, if you ordered a 3 month subscription and canceled after your second month, you would receive your full 3 month subscription and not be billed after your third and last shipment.
